GHSS PACHAKALAY is situated in Athan Dara, Distt Dir upper.The school is located at a very high altitude,surrounded by lush green forest and singing streams.At first it was a primary school founded in1972.It was upgraded to middle school in1983, and in 1992 it became high school.It became secondary in 2013.It is the only school in the area, where students come from distant places to quench their thirst of knowledge.The school is imparting education to hundreds of students.Honourable Mohammad Ibrahim is the first and present principal of this historical and important institution.All the basic facilities are available in the school and the school has the most talented and hardworking teaching staff.
