Visitors:
Normally no visitors are allowed to meet Govt. Higher Secondary School Khwaza Khela students during school hours. To visit any student a visitor must prove his/her identity. In case of an emergency, parents and guardians must contact the Principal or Chief Proctor. Students are not allowed to invite their relatives and guests, to make them stay at class or in any other place of school & college buildings. It is essential to prove itself by the visitor an identity and obtain a pass at the appropriate gate in case of permission for the brief meeting with the student.
Telephone Calls:
Govt. Higher Secondary School Khwaza Khela administration does not permit the students to make telephone calls to their parents, relative or friends. Telephone calls are only allowed in case of emergency. Outgoing calls from students are freely allowed with the permission of the Chief Proctor. Incoming emergency calls for students are accepted only through the Principal or Chief Proctor or Main Office In-charge.
