Meetings
Meetings: Vigilant Nations keep an eye on every school & college activities. At times they observe something usual and unusual and want to bring in the knowledge of the Principal. They may do so while reporting the matter to the school receptionist on telephone or by visiting in person. They will inform the Principal about it and the parents will be informed within three days after sorting out the matter, parents are to please rest assure that every such matter will be kept confidential, therefore, they may report such matters with full confidence and faith. For this purpose meetings are arranged by the institution between the parents, Teacher, and Principal.
Meeting with Principal: The parents may see the Principal without any difficulty during visiting hours only. Parents can discuss their issues with Principal and may also give any more information for the welfare of institution. The Parents Are Advised To Adhere Strictly To The Timings:

Monday to Thursday: 10:00AM to 12:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Meeting with the teachers: The parents have every right to see the teachers in connection with the academic progress of their children. However, they are advised to put up application at least two days in advance to the Principal through the school receptionist. The meeting time and date will be notified to the parents on the telephone number given in the application. They can come and contact the receptionist in this regard. If the parents reach late, the meeting will be postponed and fresh time and date will be notified, if they desire.
Regularly Parents & Teachers Meeting: A parent’s teacher meeting is held at the end of each term to discuss the academic performance/ progress of their children. The parents are requested to attend the meetings regularly, as it will be in the best interest of their children. Each class teacher is advised to keep a register for the parents to write their observation about the school performance or any suggestion they want to bring in the notice of the Principal and the Management for the improvement of the school & college activities. Parents are expected to adhere to the timings intimated through circulars. They are also expected to go through the answer scripts thoroughly and apprise the Principal or the subject teachers if there is any discrepancy. They are requested to return the progress reports as soon as possible after appending their signatures. The students failing twice will not be allowed to continue his/ her education in this institution.
