Student Attendance

Student Attendance:

• Every student shall fulfill the condition of minimum 75% attendance in each subject.
• A written application shall be sent to the Incharge of Inter studies by the student or his parents well in time reporting his illness.
• Sick leave for more than 3 days will be sanctioned by the Principal on producing a valid medical certificate duly verified by the Medical Officer.
• Any kind of leave other than sick leave exceeding three days shall be granted by the Principal after the application is verified by the parents.
• In all cases, the availed leave will be at the student’s own risk. So far as percentage of attendance is concerned, a medical certificate shall not condone a shortage of attendance.
• Sportsman shall recommend his leave application from the Director Physical Education of the GHSS Khwaza Khela. The leave shall not condone a shortage in attendance. A one-time 10% relief may be claimed by sportsman on the recommendation of DPE.
• To regulate student’s attendance and discipline the Principal will implement the WARNING NOTICE against remaining absent for 3  consecutive days shall be displayed on the Notice Board and a copy dispatch to the parents. Removal from GHSS Khwaza Khela rolls shall take place after 6 consecutive absentees without genuine reasons.
