ADMISSIONS

 

Admission dates are announced after the declaration of Annual Examination result, and the entry  tests are conducted once in month of July (for Inter Level students) and in April (For school level students). The parents are requested to observe the rules and directives concerning registration and admission given on the proceeding pages.

 

Entrance test for admission:

A student seeking admission in this school will have to pass an entrance test before proper admission is given. Entrance test for all the classes will be given from the syllabus for their previous classes.

           

A written test of English, Urdu, Islamiat & related subjects will be taken. Duration will be 3Hrs, & passing marks will be 60% in each subject.

 

Admission to 1^st Year Class:

1. Candidates having passed S.S.C. or equivalent examination are eligible for admission. However, candidates with grade “D” are not eligible for entry test admission.
2. The candidate must not be above 19 years of age at the time of admission.
3. Candidates coming from outside the below mentioned jurisdiction of the institute are granted admission on merit prescribed by the admission committee.

 

Jurisdiction: Due to limited seats, those who come under the jurisdiction of the GHSS Khwaza Khela Swat are given admission in priority. Priority will be given to the students of UC Khwaza Khela, UC Kotanai and UC Jano.

HAFIZ QURAN:

A candidate who claims to be a Hafiz-e-Quran shall appear before a committee to judge his credentials. The qualified candidate will get 20 marks extra (to be added with matric marks in the merit list).  Attendance before the committee is mandatory.

 

 

Selection of Subjects:

          The GHSS Khwaza Khela offers courses in two major disciplines (i-e) Science and Arts, and prepares the students for the exainations at the intermediate level of the BISE Swat.

Documents Require for Submitting Form For entry Test/admission:

 

The following are required to be attached to the admission form: 

1. S.S.C. (Secondary School Certificate) or D.M.C. attested photocopy.
2. Domicile attested photo copy.
3. Father CNIC attested photo copy.
4. Character Certificate attested photo copy.
5. Undertaking on judicial stamp in original.
6. Student Form B attested photo copy (if any).

 

Original Migration certificate for those who are coming from other School or colleges.

 

Remember: candidates applying for admission a year or more after the last examination passed must submit an affidavit confirming that he has neither been a regular student f the same class in any other institute during the missing period nor is a student at any other institute at the moment.
